FAQ

Good questions, answered plainly.

How fast can my website be ready?+

A focused landing page can often reach first review within 3–7 business days after we receive all required content. Larger websites take longer. Your written proposal provides the actual estimate.

Is the demo exactly what I receive?+

The demo is a design direction. Your finished site is adapted to your brand, services, location and approved scope. Features not listed in the proposal are not automatically included.

How many revisions are included?+

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional requests or scope changes are quoted before work continues.

Do you guarantee sales or Google rankings?+

No responsible designer can guarantee business results or search positions. We guarantee delivery of the agreed work and follow accepted technical practices.

Who owns the finished website?+

After full payment, the client receives rights to the final custom deliverables described in the agreement. Iluminity retains its reusable tools, systems and pre-existing components.

Are domain and hosting included?+

Domain registration, hosting and paid third-party services are separate unless your written proposal explicitly includes them. We can recommend an appropriate setup and assist with launch.

How does payment work?+

Most projects use 50% to reserve production and 50% before transfer or public launch. The accepted agreement states the payment method, dates and deliverables. There are no automatic recurring charges.

What happens if I cancel or pause the project?+

Scheduling deposits are generally non-refundable after work or reserved production time begins, subject to applicable law. Completed work and any remaining obligations are handled according to the signed agreement.

Can we communicate in Spanish or Portuguese?+

Yes. Written project communication is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The finished public website can be produced in the language defined in the project scope.
